Trademark protection for the Federal Council Presidency of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania

For the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, we were allowed to carry out the trademark assessment and subsequent protection of the trademark »Vereint Segel setzen« ("Set sail together"). This trademark will be used at various events and campaigns during Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania's rotating presidency of the Federal Council.

The trademark was designed by the agency WERK3, which writes: “The claim »Vereint Segel setzen« and the interpretable symbol, which can symbolize both a fully rigged sailing ship and several small sailing boats, underlines the goal of moving forward together. At the same time, the sails bear the colors of the federal government - black, red, gold. Not least through their tense characteristics, they symbolize: tailwind for our country!”

The trademark protection obtained ensures the legitimate use of the trademark and prevents unwanted use by unauthorized third parties.
